What the Test Covers

Our load testing protocol follows strict industry standards and evaluates the following key performance indicators:

• Structural strength – The boom and platform frame are subjected to full rated load to verify zero deformation or fatigue.
• Hydraulic system stability – All cylinders, hoses, and control valves are tested under sustained pressure to ensure leak-free, consistent performance.
• Platform leveling accuracy – The self-leveling mechanism maintains a horizontal platform throughout the full range of boom extension and elevation.
• Outrigger load distribution – Stabilizers are verified to evenly distribute the combined weight of the vehicle, boom, and payload.
• Emergency descent function – Manual lowering is tested to confirm safe recovery in the event of a power failure.
